Shipping policy

Shipping prices are calculated by the carrier. Handling time is usually 3-5 business days except for customs orders. Sale events or holidays may delay shipping and handling time. Once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for delayed delivery times or lost packages, you will need to contact the package carrier (USPS or UPS) to resolve the issue.
